How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It takes 2 working days by Express shipping after you place an order and we complete shipment. For Standard shipping, most orders will arrive 3-5 working days after shipment is completed.
We are not liable to any shipping delays, nor loss of any kind caused by unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as unreachable recipients, invalid addresses, weather conditions that affect delivery, customs clearance delays and so on. Sturdy and Great light!
This was my first Sansi purchase. I was sure to research the reviews others made before I carried through. I'm glad I did, so I knew what I was getting into. This is a great light! People before me mentioned it being top heavy, and they weren't wrong. It's not as top heavy as I expected it to be, which is better than I expected. Mine sits by my front door, which is a high traffic area during the day. Mine has not fallen over once from top heaviness or a slight bump into it. The bulbs do get hot! So be careful with it on for a long period of time as the metal part of the bulbs does get hot to the touch. I have noticed an immediate approval from my plants, which makes me happy. It burns bright! So be careful with certain plants. These lights are almost like the sun itself in terms of brightness! Definitely am a returning customer!
Munich came with one of the light bulbs broken. I called in the quickly replaced it without any hassle. The lights are bright and it works well but you have to be careful because it is easy to tip over. So far all the plants underneath it are very happy.
This grow light is perfect for keeping our houseplants healthy. Its compact design is powerful enough to cover multiple plants and emits an impressively bright light. Just a note of caution - it can get hot, so handle with care. My sister was so impressed when she saw it that I shared the link, and it turned out to be a brand she already loves! The only minor drawback is the cord placement, which can look a bit untidy. While I considered using zip ties to tidy it up, I needed the full length to reach the outlet. Overall, it's an effective and economical grow light option!
I do love the light it gives my plants. It’s almost like I’ve got lots of windows letting in sunlight but alas I live in a cave so Sansi has given me the ability to have the numerous plants I have. I only gave it a 4 star because the cord could be a little longer IMO because unless it’s right near a plug the least little adjustment on the cord the tripod tips over. The tripod is fairly light for how heavy the bulbs are on top.
