Disappointibg customer service

One of the four bulbs wasn't working, so it was impossible to contact customer service! Luckily, I paid with PayPal, and I opened a dispute and received a refund for the price of one bulb. Sansi is great, and I recommend paying with PayPal if you have a problem with your bulb.

Keeps tipping over

The bulbs are way to heavy for the tripod. I have reached out to customer service , they have not helped at all! Very dissapointed

I like the lights themselves but the tripods they come with are not amazing, the lights are too heavy and the legs dont fold out firm enough, if that makes sense.

Great, bright light

I've had this for about a month now and my plants seems super happy! It was a great alternative to them being in the window sill during the winter, where they seemed to be dying from the cold drafts.
