Return & Refund

Basic Criteria:

  • SANSI offers fine quality merchandise. If you are not satisfied with merchandise, we accept returns within 30 days since the receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise. We will cover the shipping fee if there is any damage or quality problems with merchandise, while you will have to pay the shipping fee if there are no any quality problems.
  • If you request a refund without any quality issue within 30 days, we will deduct the handling fee incurred by the bank when refunding in accordance with the company's regulations.
  • The handling fee is calculated as follows:
    US: Actual payment amount x 2.6% + 0.3
    Other countries and regions: Actual payment amount x 3.6% + 0.3
    Our staff will also inform the specific amount of fee (if have) when operating the refund.
  • After 30 days we only accept exchanges of the merchandise and not refunds, please pay attention to the time limits.
  • By placing an order, you agree to the following policies. Your return must meet the following criteria or it will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.

All returns must include the following:

  • Original condition
  • All accessories
  • Manuals, warranty registration, etc.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) obtained from site or customer service for the correct product and not yet expired

Return & Refund Steps:

  • Email the customer service the order ID and the reason that you want to return the product.
  • We will send you the RMA number and return address.
  • Please write the RMA number on parcel after the receiver's name.
  • Once we receive the parcel, we will issue a refund to your original bank account or send you the replacement.
