As the global climate change intensifies, how can we make higher efficiency lighting to save energy and reduce consumption?
Global climate change presents a fundamental threat to human health. It is widely believed in the international community that excessive carbon dioxide emissions are the main factor causing climate change, and buildings, as one of the main sources of global energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, are in urgent need of innovative energy-saving and low-carbon applications.
Data shows that up to 75% of the world's buildings are energy inefficient today, and 80% of them are expected to continue to be used by 2050. The quickest and least disruptive way to update a building is to upgrade the lighting system. There are two feasible ways to upgrade the lighting system: One is to ensure that all traditional lighting is replaced with LED light sources. Traditional lighting accounts for about 50% of the world's total lighting power consumption, if the LED instead of traditional light sources can directly save 50% of the energy consumption.Another more efficient and energy-saving way is to develop and adopt a new generation of LED light source with higher efficiency and brightness to replace the existing low-efficiency and low-brightness LED lamps, and to reduce the number of lamps used, which will achieve greater energy saving and consumption reduction.
Take the common family as an example, incandescent lamp is still widely used in European countries and regions, which is very convenient to install, use and replace. Widely used on the market LED light bulb light size is generally A21, A19 (American countries called), European countries also called A21 for A60, used in living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, hallways, as well as garages, offices and many other places. However, at present, the luminous efficacy of most of these LED bulbs is 80-100 lm/W, and the luminous flux is generally less than 3,000 lm; more than 3,000 lm is dominated by T bulbs with larger dimensions, which is difficult to apply to the common household fixtures.
According to professional organizations on the IEEE Electronic Library, NTIS (National Technical Information Service), Yahoo, Google and other global nearly 30 professional science and technology institutions or influential website query data show that the current global A21 series of LED light bulbs luminous flux greater than 4000lm and other aspects of the report has not been published. This shows that the luminous flux of A21 and smaller LED bulbs, which are commonly used in homes around the world, has reached a bottleneck value. If a family wants to achieve higher lighting brightness, they need to use several or several combinations of bulbs at the same time, which obviously increases the overall power consumption and lighting energy consumption, and is not a good choice for energy saving and carbon emission.
But this also means that under the premise of keeping the bulb volume unchanged, the luminous flux of the LED bulb when broken 4000lm, 5000lm, 6000lm or even 9000lm, 10000lm and so on higher value, it can replace more than one traditional light source or LED common light source, which can not only bring better lighting effect, but also will create a greater low-carbon effect, reduce indoor carbon dioxide emissions. From the current research around the world, only the sansi ceramic bulb LED light has achieved this amazing result, and people are looking forward to more new research results from the global LED research team.
In a nutshell, the current energy consumption of lighting in the world accounts for about 19% of the total energy consumption, which is not a small number. Under the global energy crisis, energy saving and emission reduction circumstances of lighting energy saving, using higher light efficiency, longer life LED light source, can save more energy for the community, benefit the country and people.
